This exceptional 17th century stone and cobble barn has been converted using only the highest quality materials and furnishings. The entrance hall has an open gallery with antique pine staircase and is paved with Indian sandstone. The large living room has digital TV, DVD, radio & CD player, an electric stove fire and double doors leading into a separate dining room. The oak kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer etc and there is also a downstairs cloakroom. This cottage also has it’s own garden with furniture.

Upstairs you will find a king size master bedroom with en-suite shower room, double and twin bedrooms sleeping up to 6 and the tiled bathroom has white period suite and freestanding claw foot bath. The cantilevered balcony has seating so you can relax and enjoy the splendid view over the Solway Firth to the Scottish fells.

All the beautiful oak beams and sandstone/cobble walls have been retained and there is double glazing and gas central heating throughout.
