Week breaks and Short Breaks for all cottages must start on a Saturday except Turnip House & Engine House which must start on a Friday

Short breaks are classed as a minimum of 3 nights and are available throughout the year at a cost of 80% weekly price for 5 nights, 70% of weekly price for 4 or 3 nights.
If a holiday falls into two different price categories the higher price is used to calculate the price of the short break.

Short breaks during the following periods can only be booked within two weeks of the holiday start date:
21st March to 4th April 08, 23rd to 30th May 08, 27th June to 5th September 08, 24th to 31st October 08 and 22nd December 08 to 5th January 09.

2008 Christmas and New Year breaks will run from Monday 22nd and Monday 29th December for Turnip House and Engine House, and for all other cottages Tuesday 23rd and Tuesday 30th December respectively.

Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement at a charge of £15 per dog,  per short break / week. We allow a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs per cottage.(We don't allow dogs in Engine House or Barley Store)

Prices are per cottage and are inclusive of bed linen, heating and electric. Towels are available for hire on request at £4 per person.

Payments A non-refundable deposit of £75 (£100 for Barley Store & Engine House) per cottage per week is payable at the time of booking and the remaining balance due one month before arrival. Full payment is required for bookings taken 6 weeks or less before arrival.
We accept most major debit and credit cards or can hold a booking for seven days for cheque payments.
